The Head of Data Services is a senior leadership role within the CTS Data Services group, responsible for defining and executing the firm's data strategy. This position focuses on designing foundational data capabilities to support the firm's future, particularly in enabling Artificial Intelligence initiatives. The role requires extensive experience in data technologies and architecture, along with a proven track record in the financial services industry. The successful candidate will lead multiple teams and engage with senior stakeholders to drive strategic data management.

• 20+ years of hands-on experience in a Data and System Architecture role, with significant experience in senior technology engineering and leadership.
• Proven track record in the design and implementation of large-scale, mission-critical data platforms within the Financial Services industry or a similarly complex environment.
• Deep, hands-on experience with a broad range of data platform technologies, including SQL, NoSQL, and cloud data platform design.
• In-depth understanding of data governance, security, and privacy rules.
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience is required; an advanced degree is preferred.

• Develop and execute the comprehensive Data Services strategy for the firm.
• Design a large-scale, enterprise-wide data architecture covering all aspects of data management.
• Lead the design of foundational data capabilities, including data warehousing and analytics.
• Manage a large, multi-layered architectural function and oversee the group's activities.
• Act as a key influencer, advising senior leaders on architectural patterns and strategic decisions.
