You will work in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams to enhance existing products and create new ones. This role focuses on ensuring high quality and performance standards throughout the New Product Introduction process. You will also be responsible for developing technical documentation and building robust methodologies to support manufacturing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated expertise in product development, covering NPI, wafer sorting, and yield analysis.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, JMP for statistical analysis, and hands-on experience with ATE (Advantest V93000).
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials, manufacturing processes, and the product rollout process.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience in building robust PDE methodology infrastructures.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, creation, and production of new products, ensuring they adhere to the highest quality and performance standards.
  • Supervise the New Product Introduction (NPI) process to guarantee smooth progress from prototype to mass production.
  • Collaborate with the Foundry team for process understanding and Failure Analysis (FA) support.
  • Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, and QA teams.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including specifications, development documents, and test plans.
  • Build robust Product Development Engineering (PDE) methodology infrastructures to support manufacturing and ensure high-quality outputs.

Benefits

  • Employees at NVIDIA are often offered comprehensive, day-one benefits—including medical, dental, and vision coverage with HSA support, life and disability insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, and a 401(k) with auto-enrollment. Many roles also have generous time off and holidays, donation matching (up to $10,000), and a wide menu of extras like FSAs, commuter benefits, legal and identity-theft protection, pet insurance, and wellness discounts. Optional programs can include student-loan and home-purchase support, plus family care resources and expert medical services.
