Job description

As a Cellular 4G/5G System Performance Engineer, you will be integral to the embedded 5G/4G/multimode cellular system and firmware efforts within a silicon design group. This role involves crafting sophisticated embedded firmware and collaborating across disciplines to enhance product performance. You will work on state-of-the-art cellular SoCs and push the boundaries of wireless systems technologies. The position requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a cross-functional environment and is adaptable to evolving requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum requirement of a bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge of 4G/5G physical layer, protocol stack, and procedures.
  • Experience in investigating and troubleshooting cellular device performance issues.
  • Strong analysis and debugging capabilities.
  • Understanding of software engineering principles and core computer science fundamentals.
  • Ability to script or program in languages such as Python, C/C++, and Java.
  • Experience with 4G/5G signaling and physical layer test equipment.
