Job description

The SoC DRAM Memory Subsystem Validation and Debug Program Manager will play a crucial role in driving the readiness of memory subsystems for Apple's custom SoCs. This position involves managing the bring-up, validation, and debugging of innovative memory technologies. The role serves as a key interface between various engineering teams to ensure high-quality delivery from architecture to mass production. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in SoC DRAM Memory Design, Validation, Architecture, or Test/Product Engineering.
  • Knowledge of high-performance memory subsystems, including SoC memory architecture and DDR controller design.
  • Experience shipping high volume DRAMs or SoCs.
  • Previous experience working with major DRAM memory vendors and validating DRAM devices is a plus.
  • Strong debugging skills and a proven track record of resolving critical problems under pressure.
  • Ability to understand complex technical discussions and extract actionable plans.
  • Passion for driving project development using well-defined metrics.
  • Ability to summarize complex details for executive reporting.
  • Exceptional leadership and social skills.
