• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
• 5+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle
• Experience as a mentor or tech lead for an engineering team
• Hands-on technical experience in the Generative AI space
• Master's degree in computer science or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in machine learning or computational modeling environments
