• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
• Knowledge of digital communication strategies and social media platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel

• Support planning efforts related to media interviews, conferences, and firm milestones.
• Draft press releases to ensure consistency and clarity across all communications.
• Contribute to the executive briefing process and own briefing materials for media interviews.
• Collaborate with the Public Affairs team to monitor media coverage and provide insights.
• Support the firm's internal communications approach and craft engaging messaging.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for event preparation and follow-up.
• Lead content creation and review processes for social media management.
