Job description

This role involves providing technical expertise and leadership to address complex challenges across various industries. You will be responsible for architectural decisions, guiding the technical direction of your workstream, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, production-ready solutions. The position requires hands-on work across the full stack, mentoring teams, and collaborating with clients to drive business value. You will also engage with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative software capabilities and support AI adoption.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate or master’s degree; or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience developing full-stack applications, writing code that is readable, testable, maintainable, and scalable
  • Deep proficiency in at least two frontend or backend frameworks, with hands-on experience in languages and frameworks including JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, Next.js, Vue.js, Java, Spring, C#, or Node.js
  • Demonstrated ability to design complex, secure APIs including REST and GraphQL
  • Proficiency across two cloud providers with the ability to build complex IaC and CI/CD pipelines from scratch
  • Advanced proficiency in AI-assisted engineering and architecting AI systems
  • A security-first mindset with the ability to advocate for standards and compliance
  • Experience leading collaborative, cross-functional engineering teams
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local office language(s)

Responsibilities

  • Own architectural decisions and set the technical direction for your workstream
  • Design robust systems and make technical judgments on architecture and framework selection
  • Mentor both client and internal teams to help engineers grow their craft
  • Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and industry experts to deliver software solutions
