• A bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, Sports Management, or Entertainment Management and 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 18 months of related work experience.
• Strategy and operations management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving/modeling skills, and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• Experience in operational or commercial due diligence, operational restructuring, value creation, and performance improvement.
• Understanding of financial statements and operational performance metrics.

• Execute operational focused projects spanning the entire lifecycle of a transaction.
• Conduct operational and commercial due diligence focusing on EBITDA upside and operational risk.
• Assist in buy side carve out and integration planning to ensure newly spun out businesses can stand alone.
• Support post-acquisition 100 day and value creation planning.
• Contribute to commercial value creation initiatives for Media investors and management teams.
