Job description

This role involves leading multiple technical and cross-functional teams to architect and own a full-stack technology platform. The focus is on designing and building scalable machine learning and software systems while ensuring information security standards are maintained. The position requires managing large engineering teams and fostering innovation within the QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey community. The successful candidate will engage with clients at a senior-stakeholder level to solve complex business problems and drive measurable value.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of relevant professional experience, including managing large engineering teams.
  • Proven experience architecting and building full-stack platforms for enterprise-scale use cases.
  • Expertise in distributed computing frameworks, cloud platforms, and containerization.
  • Extensive senior client-facing experience with the ability to manage C-level relationships.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional Agile teams to deliver advanced analytics and software solutions.
  • Manage large internal engineering teams and set technical direction.
  • Mentor senior and junior colleagues to drive innovation.
