Job description

The Technical Program Manager role in the Audit, Risk, and Compliance (ARC) Group focuses on designing and developing technical solutions to complex business problems. The team aims to provide data-based insights and support end-to-end projects across various ARC teams. This position requires a candidate who can translate data into actionable insights and build low-code, no-code platforms. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and driven to enable others while improving business processes through automation and analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 2+ years of demonstrated work experience in business intelligence, data analysis, technical solutions, or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to process data using SQL and Python.
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, etc).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop or partner with Engineering to design solutions to complex technical needs.
  • Propose, design, build, and deliver solutions that transform large raw data sets into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand objectives, identify opportunities, and prioritize projects.
  • Ensure delivered solutions are stable, supportable, compliant, extensible, and trusted by business partners.
  • Improve business processes leveraging automation, AI, and agents.
  • Educate customers on leveraging large data sets as an asset for their function/business.
  • Drive data standards and continuous improvement feedback loop.
