The Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) at Microsoft Devices Operations will lead an AI-powered intelligence product from inception to customer delivery. The TPM will be accountable for the entire product lifecycle, including definition, delivery, and go-to-market strategies. • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
• 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• Hands-on data fluency with the ability to work directly with product and operational data.

• Own a single intelligence product from business problem through customer outcome.
• Define the product vision, scenarios, roadmap, and business requirements for the product.
• Own prioritization and make scope and trade-off decisions.
• Prototype solutions and work directly with the underlying data.
• Translate business needs into technically viable AI product capabilities.
• Drive engineering delivery through architects, feature teams, and TPMs.
• Own go-to-market, customer readiness, adoption, and the resulting business outcome.
• Identify portions of the product or workflow that can be automated with AI.
• Take real capabilities to customers, learn from usage, and iterate.
