As a Senior Software Engineer on the CloudMine team at Core AI, you will play a critical role in designing, maintaining, and evolving data mining frameworks and pipelines that support various engineering initiatives. Your work will focus on architecting scalable data systems that ensure security, reliability, and compliance while optimizing performance. You will collaborate with multiple teams to curate high-quality datasets and drive operational excellence in managing large-scale data systems. This position requires a strong passion for data quality and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a dynamic environment.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
• 3+ years of experience working on data mining and data pipelines.
• 2+ years of experience in leading and driving engineering projects.

• Design and evolve durable, scalable system architectures that balance long-term maintainability with short-term delivery needs.
• Lead by example and work with others to produce extensible and maintainable code used across the platform.
• Build consensus across engineering teams and partner organizations by driving clarity, alignment, and shared ownership of technical direction.
• Contribute to and lead the development of core platform components and reusable building blocks.
• Engage directly with customers and product teams to capture feedback and refine product messaging.
• Drive operational excellence in managing and operating large-scale data systems with a high bar for data quality, stability, security, and privacy.
