Job description

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Software Engineer for its TensorRT Edge-LLM team. This role focuses on developing scalable infrastructure that enhances the development, building, and testing processes across various platforms. The engineer will work autonomously to design solutions and collaborate with external partners. This position offers an opportunity to significantly impact NVIDIA's edge AI initiatives.

Requirements

  • BS or equivalent experience or higher degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • 7+ years of proven experience in software engineering
  • Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages and familiarity with modern C/C++ development
  • Experience setting up, maintaining, and automating continuous integration systems such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
  • Experience administering, monitoring, and deploying systems and services on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Fluency in source control management tools like Git and build systems such as CMake

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain infrastructure from first principles needed to deliver TensorRT Edge-LLM
  • Maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment process
  • Configure, maintain, and build upon deployments of industry-standard tools like CMake and Kubernetes
  • Develop throughout the software stack, from user experience to cluster layers
  • Monitor and configure embedded and desktop CPU and GPU systems for high CI/CD reliability
  • Enable performing scans and handling of security CVEs for infrastructure components
