NVIDIA is seeking a highly motivated Senior HPC Support Engineer focused on InfiniBand and NVLink technology. This role involves providing comprehensive solutions for sophisticated installations, maintenance, and operations of networking products. As a primary point of contact for customers, the engineer will assist with technical questions and resolve issues while ensuring high customer satisfaction. The position requires collaboration with Engineering, Marketing, and Support teams on technical matters.

• 5+ years of experience in providing in-depth customer support and debugging in large-scale networking and AI infrastructure environments.
• Experience with InfiniBand, Ethernet, and GPU technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• An academic degree in Networking, Computer Science/Engineering, or Electrical/IT, or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task with limited supervision.

• Resolve sophisticated customer concerns and technical issues through meticulous research and problem-solving.
• Respond to customer product support inquiries via telephone, email, or conference calls.
• Assist customers during installation, operation, maintenance, or product application.
• Participate in multi-functional team meetings and provide feedback to engineering and marketing.
• Develop and document standard methodologies for internal support processes and improvements.
