This role is part of the AI & Strategic Partner Engineering team, which focuses on creating deep integrations between AWS and strategic partners. The position requires a self-starter mindset and expertise in partner ecosystems, emphasizing rapid experimentation and innovative problem-solving. The team is dedicated to building secure, scalable foundations for enterprise workloads while fostering a culture of mentorship and knowledge-sharing.

• 7+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems.
• Experience as a mentor or tech lead in an engineering team.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning and LLM fundamentals, including transformer architecture.

• Define the technical direction for the team and own architectural decisions.
• Design and deliver mission-critical integrations between partners and AWS-native services.
• Architect AI-augmented SDLC patterns and collaborate with AI agents for rapid prototyping.
