• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in data analysis, including identifying trends and generating summary statistics.
• 2 years of experience managing projects and defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Experience in SQL, such as SQL, MySQL, or MapReduce.

• Develop and implement strategies and solutions to enforce YouTube policies at scale.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for effective abuse prevention and enforcement.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and partners in engineering, product, and policy to drive complex anti-abuse solutions.
• Provide incident response for abuse problems, analyzing root causes and defining mitigation steps.
• Design and refine prompts for large language models to improve their accuracy in identifying abusive content.
