Job description

This role involves partnering with consulting teams and clients to understand business objectives and lead the research process from design to insights. The position is part of the Growth Marketing & Sales Solutions team, focusing on generating qualitative and quantitative insights for B2C and B2B markets. The successful candidate will engage in client-facing projects, develop research strategies, and analyze data to provide actionable recommendations. The role requires resilience and a commitment to continuous learning and collaboration within a diverse global community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of market research experience with a strong emphasis on quantitative experience and consumer and shopper insights.
  • Well versed in usage and attitude measurement, brand equity measurement, concept testing, product testing, and segmentation.
  • Advanced business knowledge and ability to translate business objectives into research objectives.
  • Full understanding of research techniques, information sources, and statistical analysis/analytic techniques relevant to the role.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with consulting teams to strategize research plans and lead the end-to-end research process.
  • Engage in client-facing projects to design research strategies that meet engagement objectives.
  • Advise on the analytics plan, including advanced modeling, and help analyze and synthesize findings.
  • Work with preferred vendors to program and field research to ensure high-quality data.
  • Contribute to firm knowledge initiatives and collaborate with other consultants to develop original tools and points of view.
  • Manage multiple projects and deliver results on time.
