Job description

The role is part of the Divisional Risk Management group, which focuses on enhancing the governance and strategy components of the Risk Division globally. This team plays a crucial role in increasing risk transparency and influencing decision-making processes. The position requires effective collaboration with senior stakeholders across various divisions and risk domains. The individual will also support key risk initiatives and manage the meeting lifecycle for the Bank Risk and Asset Liability Committee.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in the Financial Services or Banking industry
  • Prior experience in risk management, compliance, or other governance functions is preferred
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • High proficiency in leveraging Artificial Intelligence tools

Responsibilities

  • Assist in driving the development, refinement, and delivery of internal and external reporting for the Board and senior management.
  • Coordinate and liaise with senior stakeholders across various divisions to gather and organize information for projects.
  • Serve as the primary secretary administrator for the Bank Risk and Asset Liability Committee, including hosting meetings and taking minutes.
  • Help support key cross-divisional risk initiatives and strategic projects under the direction of senior risk leadership.
