Job description

The Analyst role within the Lifecycle Management team focuses on third-party risk management and serves as the primary contact for business stakeholders. This team is part of Global Procurement and plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with vendor management policies and regulatory requirements. The position requires collaboration across various functions and the ability to manage TPRM business processes independently. The Analyst will also contribute to continuous process improvement and support the overall client and supplier experience.

Requirements

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with an excellent academic record.
  • 0 to 3 years' experience in risk management, third-party risk management, or global risk program design.
  • Strong risk management and control mindset.
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert on Third-Party Risk Management policies and systems.
  • Address stakeholder inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Monitor queues and complete tasks across all vendor workflows efficiently.
  • Build strong relationships firmwide by advising internal stakeholders.
  • Engage with Risk Partners across the organization as needed.
  • Drive continuous process improvement and identify operational gaps.
