• Proven ability to deliver superior customer support and advocate for customer needs across complex organizations.
• Extensive experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise identity and authentication systems.
• Skilled in supporting distributed cloud applications and securing cloud infrastructure.
• Proficient in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python, or Go.
• Deep understanding of authentication, authorization, and access management best practices.
• Fluency with modern Generative AI tools and techniques.

• Monitor and handle customer requests while troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Automate support processes and develop support documentation and runbooks.
