The Senior Generative AI Developer will join the COO Technology Division in New York, focusing on architecting and developing Generative AI and Large Language Model solutions. This hands-on engineering role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade AI capabilities. • 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years focused on Generative AI / LLM application development.
• Expert-level Python proficiency, including async programming and API development.
• Deep hands-on experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
• Experience integrating with LLM APIs like OpenAI and Google Vertex AI.
• Solid grounding in machine learning fundamentals and familiarity with model evaluation and fine-tuning.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider, particularly managed AI/ML services.
• Proficiency with SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases.

• Architect and implement end-to-end Generative AI pipelines including LLM integrations and Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems.
• Develop robust, scalable, and production-ready Python services and APIs for AI-driven features.
• Evaluate, integrate, and fine-tune LLMs and embedding models for financial use cases.
• Build and maintain ML/GenAI deployment pipelines using modern MLOps practices.
• Design and implement multi-agent orchestration frameworks for complex operational workflows.
• Collaborate with AI Risk and Compliance teams to ensure AI solutions meet regulatory requirements.
• Design and optimize data pipelines feeding AI systems, working with vector databases and enterprise data platforms.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to GenAI standards and best practices.
