The Enterprise Architect - Fraud Domain (Director, C15) is a senior technology leadership role within Citi's COO Technology organization. This position focuses on designing and executing the architecture vision and technology roadmap for the global Fraud Technology portfolio. The successful candidate will standardize and simplify the fraud application landscape while optimizing end-to-end fraud journeys. Additionally, this role involves driving the adoption of modern cloud architectures and advanced AI solutions to enhance fraud detection and decision-making.

• 15+ years of relevant experience in technology, with a proven track record in Enterprise Architecture or senior Solution Architecture roles within global financial institutions.
• Demonstrable Fraud Technology delivery experience at major global banks or leading fraud technology vendors.
• Deep technical expertise in fraud detection systems, transaction monitoring, authentication, authorization, identity verification, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Strong experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS, with relevant cloud certifications considered a strong plus.
• TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience is required; Master's degree is preferred.

• Own and maintain the multi-year technology roadmap and target-state architecture for the global Fraud domain.
• Define a comprehensive, target-state architecture that consolidates all fraud capabilities, systems, and platforms across different regions and business lines.
• Map and document end-to-end fraud journeys for all key fraud use cases globally.
• Lead the rationalization of the current fragmented fraud application landscape and identify opportunities to decommission legacy systems.
• Lead the design and integration of complex, scalable systems with a significant focus on Cloud and AI solutions for fraud detection.
• Act as a strategic advisor on architecture, risk, and controls, ensuring all projects conform to target-state blueprints.
