- 6+ years of analog design experience
- Experience in CMOS Analog / Mixed Signal Circuit Design in deep sub-micron process, especially in FINFET
- Familiarity with design and verification tools such as Cadence's IC design environment and analog circuit simulation tools like Spectre and HSpice
- Strong debugging and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement high speed electrical and optical interfaces and analog circuits
- Define circuit requirements and complete design from schematic, layout, and verification to characterization
- Conduct schematic design of deep-submicron CMOS technologies using Spectre, Hspice or similar tools
- Lead architecture, transistor design and verification using industry standard EDA tools such as Cadence virtuoso
- Optimize circuit to meet specifications for system performance
- Work closely with layout engineers by providing detailed floorplan and guidance for matching and high-speed routings
- Provide support for post-silicon bring-up and debugging
Benefits
- Employees at NVIDIA are often offered comprehensive, day-one benefits—including medical, dental, and vision coverage with HSA support, life and disability insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, and a 401(k) with auto-enrollment. Many roles also have generous time off and holidays, donation matching (up to $10,000), and a wide menu of extras like FSAs, commuter benefits, legal and identity-theft protection, pet insurance, and wellness discounts.
