• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Minimum of 4 years of professional design experience predominantly in bridges with a focus on DOT projects
• EIT certification with the ability to obtain a PE within 1 year
• Solid understanding of WisDOT practice, procedures, and standards
• Proficiency in bridge design software, such as LEAP Concrete/Bridge and AASHTOWare BrR
• Competency in bridge/highway CADD software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Solid communication and writing skills including technical report writing

• Work on structural analysis, load rating, design calculations, and plan development for highway bridge projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop rehabilitation solutions for bridge structures.
• Take ownership of design tasks and contribute to client solutions.
