• Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of technical engineering experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire and every two years thereafter.
• Verification of U.S. citizenship due to legal restrictions.

• Own the engineering and delivery of hardware development deliverables for the GitHub/Azure Edge product portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams and ODMs to develop requirements and specifications for engineering design and validation.
• Maintain oversight of the hardware development plan, ensuring security, quality, and deliverables with external partners.
• Drive collaboration and change management with internal design, validation, firmware, software, and manufacturing teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Engage with hardware component suppliers and ODMs for effective product development.
• Contribute to product failure investigations and corrective action processes to address quality issues.
