Join NVIDIA's Industrial Engineering team to contribute to the advancement of science and engineering at the intersection of engineering, computer graphics, and AI innovation. This role focuses on building and refining OpenUSD-based scenes and workflows that integrate CAD, simulation, and technical data into visually compelling experiences. You will work closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams to create reusable content that enhances technical storytelling and demos. The position emphasizes clarity, usability, and visual polish in the representation of complex engineering outputs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Digital Media, Technical Art, Design Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in technical marketing, technical art, visualization workflows, content pipeline development, or OpenUSD-based 3D application workflows.
- Solid understanding of OpenUSD scene structure, composition, and workflow design across multiple data and content types.
- Hands-on experience with NVIDIA Omniverse, scene assembly, rendering, materials, lighting, and interactive visualization workflows.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience building demos, documentation, or technical enablement content for developer or technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Build and refine OpenUSD-based scenes, demos, and reference workflows that combine CAD, simulation, and other technical data.
- Translate complex engineering outputs into visual narratives through scene composition, materials, lighting, rendering, camera setup, and interaction design.
- Work across engineering, product, and technical marketing teams to prototype reusable content that supports demos and technical storytelling.
- Develop workflows for integrating multiple data types into OpenUSD while preserving technical fidelity and usability.
- Create example scenes and narrative content that demonstrate how NVIDIA workflows connect design, simulation, analysis, and visualization.
Benefits
- Employees at NVIDIA are often offered comprehensive, day-one benefits—including medical, dental, and vision coverage with HSA support, life and disability insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, and a 401(k) with auto-enrollment. Many roles also have generous time off and holidays, donation matching (up to $10,000), and a wide menu of extras like FSAs, commuter benefits, legal and identity-theft protection, pet insurance, and wellness discounts. Optional programs can include student-loan and home-purchase support, plus family care resources and expert medical services.
