• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• 4 years of experience in web technologies such as JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience managing first-party ServiceNow integrations and building microservices using Java, Python, Go, or Node.js.
• Experience with message-driven architectures like Cloud Pub/Sub and Kafka, as well as RPC/gRPC and API Gateways.

• Build custom scoped applications via App Engine and configure agent-centric interfaces like ServiceNow Agent Workspace.
• Create robust bi-directional pipelines connecting ServiceNow to internal microservices using Pub/Sub, Webhooks, gRPC, and API Gateways.
• Maintain and scale functional suites including Customer Service Management, Strategic Portfolio Management, and Integrated Risk Management.
• Plan and execute technical delivery by translating ambiguous business requirements into high-level integration architectures.
