Job description

The position focuses on building and enhancing ServiceNow components and supporting various enterprise functions. The candidate will work in a collaborative Agile environment, engaging with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders. The main goal is to translate business requirements into effective, maintainable solutions while ensuring user experience and system performance.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Computer Sciences or a related field is required.
- Experience working as a software engineer in an Agile environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of fundamental IT technical skill sets is necessary.
- Ability to take a solution from scoping requirements through actual launch is essential.
- F-1 visa students must have approved Curricular Practical Training (CPT) or Occupational Practical Training (OPT) before their assignment begins.
Responsibilities
- Develop software solutions by studying information needs and conferring with users.
- Build and enhance ServiceNow components such as forms, business rules, and integrations.
- Support ServiceNow capabilities used across various enterprise functions.
- Translate business requirements and user stories into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Troubleshoot platform defects, production incidents, and data-related problems.
- Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, regression testing, and code reviews.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and support procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve user experience and increase automation.
