Job description
This role involves partnering with business functions to define and document objectives and requirements for information systems and solutions. The focus is on working with application and technical experts to design, implement, and enhance these systems. The position also emphasizes collaboration with procurement, IT, and data science teams to leverage AI and machine learning in improving procurement processes. The candidate will assist in requirement gathering, testing, and ensuring compliance with data governance and security standards.
Requirements
- A college, university, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related subject is required.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
- Candidates must be within 2 years of completing their highest level of degree from an accredited U.S. college/university.
- F-1 visa students must have approved Curricular Practical Training (CPT) or Occupational Practical Training (OPT) before their Early Career assignment begins.
Responsibilities
- Assist the business in defining and documenting what constitutes business success for initiatives.
- Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Conduct requirements management activities to ensure changes are understood and approved.
- Participate in user acceptance testing for AI-driven procurement tools.
- Support integration of AI solutions with procurement platforms by documenting data flows.
- Prepare presentations and summaries for stakeholders on AI initiatives and progress.
