Job description
This role involves partnering with business functions to define and document objectives and requirements for information systems and solutions. The focus is on collaborating with procurement, IT, and data science teams to enhance procurement processes through AI and machine learning. The position requires strong analytical skills to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements. The candidate will also support the integration of AI solutions with procurement platforms and monitor their performance.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related subject.
- Ability to collaborate with procurement, IT, and data science teams.
- Experience in documenting use cases for AI/ML applications.
- Knowledge of AI trends and tools relevant to procurement.
Responsibilities
- Assist the business in defining and documenting success criteria for initiatives.
- Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Conduct solution assessment and validation to ensure specifications meet business needs.
- Support requirement gathering and documentation for AI-enabled solutions.
- Monitor AI solution performance and track key metrics.
- Document AI use cases and business processes for knowledge sharing.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual procurement activities using AI.
