This entry-level position provides foundational support and maintenance for IT systems infrastructure. The role focuses on assisting with installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance tasks to ensure stable and secure operations across both on-premises and cloud environments. The candidate will work closely with senior engineers to develop small-scale automation solutions and document system configurations. This position requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting basic issues and maintaining compliance with organizational policies.

• A college, university, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related subject is required.
• Understanding of computing devices including Windows, Android, and MacOS.
• Knowledge of network layers, protocols, IP configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Audio Video Technology, including the Zoom platform for video conferencing.
• Minimal relevant work experience of 1-3 years is preferred.
