Job description

The Program Manager role at Apple involves leading silicon validation hardware programs from initial design to production release. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Coursework and/or internship experience in hardware design and/or project management
  • Experience in project or program management within a hardware, semiconductor, silicon validation, or systems engineering environment
  • Foundational understanding of hardware development and the board design lifecycle
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving instincts
  • Experience supporting silicon bring-up and post-silicon validation environments is highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Lead silicon validation hardware programs end-to-end from initial board design through factory builds and field deployment
  • Drive the validation hardware programs that enable advanced silicon to go from first bring-up to production release
  • Manage complex, multi-functional programs with aggressive schedules and high-stakes technical dependencies
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and leadership stakeholders to drive alignment
  • Dig into technical details to understand blockers and drive resolution
