• Technical Program or Project Management or Functional Management experience.
• Phenomenal leadership and interpersonal skills with executive communication capabilities.
• Expertise in owning and driving project development using well-defined metrics.
• Experience working with ASIC & VLSI design flows and leading silicon projects from concept to production.
• Programming language experience in Javascript, Python, or Perl.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Confluence and JIRA.

• Work on a Program Management team to orchestrate technical issue resolution for on-time silicon delivery.
• Drive internal program processes to ensure high-quality silicon definition and design execution.
• Support high-level milestone execution within a fast-paced design team.
• Interface with multi-functional teams to address and resolve silicon issues.
• Focus design teams on achieving near-term goals and unblocking technical issues.
• Run dependencies across various programs, functional teams, and sites.
• Coordinate and manage interactions with other organizations including Systems, SW, and Ops.
• Attend and lead technical sessions with suppliers and design partners to address issues and customer concerns.
• Report on issues, track bugs, and communicate program risks and status.
