• Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in SoC/VLSI Chip Design, ASIC Chip Design, or Technology process development.
• Experience working in a multifaceted engineering environment with strong multi-tasking and real-time crisis management skills.
• Technical Program or Project Management or Functional Management experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with executive communication capabilities.
• Expertise in project development using well-defined metrics.
• Experience with ASIC and VLSI design flows and leading silicon projects from concept to production.
• Programming language experience in Javascript, Python, or Perl.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Confluence and JIRA.

• Work on a Program Management team to orchestrate technical issue resolution for on-time silicon delivery.
• Drive internal program processes to ensure high-quality silicon definition and design execution.
• Support high-level milestone execution in a fast-paced design team.
• Interface and drive silicon issues within multi-functional teams including Design, Verification, Validation, Technology, System Hardware, and Core Software.
• Focus design teams on meeting near-term achievements and unblocking technical issues through data-driven decision-making.
• Run dependencies across various programs, functional teams, and sites.
• Coordinate and manage interactions with other organizations such as Systems, Software, and Operations.
• Attend and drive technical sessions with suppliers and design partners to supervise and follow up on issues and customer concerns.
• Report focused issues, track bugs, and communicate program risks and status.
