As a Silicon Program Manager at Apple, you will drive front-end silicon program schedules and resolve technical issues to ensure on-time delivery of silicon for next-generation products. This individual contributor role focuses on the initial phases of architecture, specifications, design, and pre-silicon prototyping. You will collaborate with multi-functional teams and coordinate with post-silicon validation teams. • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in SoC/VLSI Chip Design, ASIC Chip Design, or Technology process development
• Experience working in a multifaceted engineering environment with strong multi-tasking skills
• Technical Program or Project Management or Functional Management experience
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with executive communication capabilities
• Expertise in project development using well-defined metrics
• Experience with ASIC & VLSI design flows and leading silicon projects from concept to production
• Programming language experience in Javascript, Python, or Perl
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Confluence and JIRA

• Orchestrate technical issue resolution to enable on-time silicon delivery
• Drive internal program processes to ensure high-quality silicon definition and design execution
• Support high-level milestone execution in a fast-paced design team
• Interface and drive silicon issues within multi-functional teams including Design, Verification, Validation, Technology, System Hardware, and Core Software
• Focus design teams on meeting near-term achievements and unblocking technical issues
• Run dependencies across various programs, functional teams, and sites
• Coordinate and manage interactions with other organizations such as Systems, SW, and Ops
• Attend and drive technical sessions with suppliers and design partners to supervise and follow up on issues
• Report focused issues, track bugs, and communicate program risks and status
