Job description
The Engineering Program Manager at Apple will lead revenue and reconciliation projects while facilitating cross-functional interactions across various groups. The role is part of the G&A Solutions Engineering team, which focuses on delivering integrated technology solutions for Apple's general and administrative functions. This team is dedicated to improving productivity and automation within Apple Finance, iTunes, App Store, and other areas. The position requires a strong understanding of high-volume transaction processing and the software development life cycle.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in technical program or technical project management
- Experience in both leading a program and being a part of a wider program involving multiple groups
- Experience in all aspects of Software Development Life Cycle using different software development methodologies
- BS/MS in Computer Science or job-related work experience
- Background in payments is highly desired
- Experience managing high transaction volume projects is a plus
- Prior experience in reconciliation products is a plus
- PMP Certification is a plus
- Strong communication skills to articulate sophisticated business and technical situations to a variety of audiences
