Job description

The Senior Deployment and Experimentation Lead of New Technology Introduction will serve as the primary contact for internal customers and partners, focusing on understanding business requirements and managing implementation programs. This role involves balancing business needs with technical constraints while driving continuous improvement and influencing technical roadmaps. The position requires frequent travel to Fulfillment Center locations in Europe and may involve international travel as needed. The RME NTI team aims to enhance the reliability and maintainability of new equipment within the fulfillment network.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of product or program management experience including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
  • Strong technical background in automated or non-automated material handling equipment.
  • Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma, and other operations engineering tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage operational relationships with support teams and internal operations business partners to enhance robotic asset performance.
  • Identify business risks and needs of new products to establish a maintenance program.
  • Collaborate effectively with customers, project sponsors, and technical program managers to deliver complex solutions.
  • Proactively recognize and drive opportunities to simplify processes.
  • Lead the delivery of large, complex technical projects and programs while managing bottlenecks and trade-offs.
