Job description

The Ads Programmatic team at Netflix is focused on advancing the company's programmatic advertising strategy and driving growth in ad revenue. This role involves building connections with DSP partners globally and developing innovative programmatic offerings. The team also creates workflow productivity solutions and comprehensive reporting tools to enhance user experience. This is an opportunity to work in a rapidly evolving space within a leading entertainment platform.

Requirements

  • Professional experience with ad serving systems or bidders, including experimentation with signals.
  • Experience building large-scale infrastructure for real-time, low-latency online advertising environments.
  • General understanding of the advertising marketplace and landscape, with a focus on programmatic challenges such as PG/PMP deal transactions.
  • Proven track record of building systems that power sophisticated user experimentation, A/B testing, and lift studies.
  • Familiarity with ad tech industry standards such as VAST and OpenRTB.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, demonstrating product sense and leadership.
  • Track record of collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and deploy models at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Advance Netflix's programmatic strategy by building seamless connections with DSP partners globally.
  • Drive significant growth in ad revenue through PG and PMP programmatic deals.
  • Develop innovative programmatic offerings that enhance user experience.
  • Create robust workflow productivity solutions and comprehensive reporting tools.
  • Ensure advertiser brand safety during ad serving and optimize ad delivery for members.

Benefits

  • Employees at Netflix are often offered flexible, people-first benefits—unlimited time away, generous parental leave, global family-forming support, mental-health programs (mindfulness, free counseling/coaching), and health coverage tailored by country. Financially, Netflix pays at personal top-of-market and lets employees choose their mix of cash vs. fully-vested 10-year stock options, alongside donation and volunteer matching. Convenience perks can include trust-based travel/expense policies, relocation support, and “Work, Not Drive” rideshare flexibility.
