The Lead Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering position at Morgan Stanley is a Vice President level role focused on managing and optimizing technical infrastructure to support business needs. • Knowledge of SMP/E, software upgrades, and maintenance.
• Experience with CICSPlex SM implementation and customization.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of CICS performance and tuning.
• Ability to perform problem determination and dump analysis.

• Manage all phases of CICS engineering and system maintenance.
• Provide on-call support and maintenance for the CICS environment.
• Interface with application developers and operations teams.
• Utilize CICS monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Support application developers with knowledge of Cobol.
