The Senior Manager, Technical Production will lead the production strategy within the Worldwide Events organization, focusing on live and film production. The team is responsible for managing end-to-end production workflows, ensuring high-quality execution across diverse environments. • 10+ years of experience in live event production, film production, or hybrid production environments.
• Deep expertise in both live production and cinematic production workflows.
• Strong understanding of film production set operations and departmental roles.
• Advanced knowledge of video codecs, formats, and recording systems.
• Strong understanding of color pipelines and grading processes using tools like Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve.
• Expertise in lighting design for film and live environments.
• 5+ years of experience with LED display systems.
• 5+ years of experience in live and recorded audio production.
• Working knowledge of live streaming and broadcast infrastructure.
• Experience designing power distribution and redundancy strategies for live production.

• Lead the strategy and execution of all non-theater productions.
• Oversee the development of production workflows integrating live broadcast and cinematic capture.
• Ensure alignment across infrastructure, signal flow, and execution strategy with Technical Operations and Stage Production teams.
• Build and scale a high-performing production team.
• Lead productions in high-pressure, executive-facing environments.
• Manage location scouting and production planning across diverse environments.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
