This role focuses on ensuring the safety and compliance of software and hardware in airborne systems. The engineer will work closely with design engineering teams to drive continuous improvement in drone software design. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex systems into understandable insights are essential for success in this position.

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline
• Experience in systems engineering
• Experience analyzing dependencies, tradeoffs, and sensitivities across multi-disciplinary systems
• Experience participating in or leading technical collaborations and creating alignment across diverse groups

• Oversee software development, verification, configuration management, and quality assurance to ensure compliance to Design Assurance Levels and software development standards.
• Communicate effectively across all organizational levels, presenting strategies and results to senior leadership and operational partners.
