Job description

This position is for a Senior Process Integration Development Engineer in the Logic Technology Development team at Intel. The role focuses on designing, executing, and analyzing experiments to advance semiconductor process technologies. The team aims to innovate device architectures and ensure the successful transition of these technologies into manufacturing. Candidates will work in a collaborative environment that fosters technological transformation and product delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years, Master's degree with 3+ years, or a Ph.D. degree with 2+ years of experience in a relevant STEM field.
  • Experience in semiconductor processing, fabrication, or nanotechnology.
  • Proficiency in design of experiments and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  • Demonstrated computational data skills.
  • Experience in overlay development, lithography metrology tools, or lithography process layer development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead scientific research to enable the manufacture of innovative device architectures.
  • Design, execute, and analyze experiments to meet engineering specifications.
  • Participate in the development of intellectual property.
  • Integrate individual steps necessary for the manufacture of complex microprocessors.
  • Ramp to manufacturing volumes and transfer technology to manufacturing counterparts.
