Arcadis is seeking a Civil Engineer to join their team in the Denver, Colorado or Salt Lake City, UT area. The role involves supporting various sectors such as mining, oil and gas, and rail, focusing on hydraulic modeling, erosion control, and earthwork site design. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment, balancing office work with field assignments. • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Registered Professional Engineer with willingness to obtain reciprocity in western states
• 7+ years of related experience
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior staff
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrologic/hydraulic modeling software

• Develop and plan hydraulic modeling and calculations.
• Evaluate erosion and sediment control measures and layouts.
• Conduct watershed evaluations and earthwork site design.
• Prepare permit and construction-level drawings and details.
• Interface directly with clients and contractors to manage project delivery.
• Assist in field construction and inspections.
