The Manager – Technology Lead Consultant at EY is a client-facing technology lead role within the Global Payroll Operate (GPO) Technology team. This position focuses on implementing EY's payroll technology solutions while ensuring alignment with global standards and client-specific requirements. The role involves acting as the primary technology point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle. The Manager will translate client business and payroll requirements into actionable technology specifications and support their implementation within the GPO technology ecosystem.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, MIS, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with global payroll platforms, HR technology ecosystems, or managed payroll service delivery models.
• Approved technical certification is required.
• Project Management experience is necessary.
• Familiarity with GPO tools and delivery models, including DigiPay and Payroll Command Centre, is preferred.

• Act as the primary technology point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders on GPO technology-related topics throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Lead client-facing workshops, discovery sessions, and design discussions to gather, clarify, and validate business and technical requirements.
• Translate client requirements into structured functional and technical design documentation for GPO tools.
• Coordinate with the Technology Configurator to clarify requirements and support issue resolution.
• Monitor technology implementation progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate.
