Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry or as an advisor to insurance carriers.
- 2+ years of experience managing a team of business and technology analysts.
- Proficiency in Guidewire or similar insurance technology applications.
- Experience with Agile SCRUM methodology and business analysis documentation standards.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to identify and transform their business challenges into technology solutions.
- Analyze business requirements to ensure alignment with technology architecture and implementation plans.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
