The Senior Director, Board PDE at NVIDIA will oversee the integration methods for next-generation datacenter board products, ensuring manufacturing and test readiness. This role involves leading a global organization across multiple technical pillars and collaborating with various teams to optimize the chip-to-board stack. The position requires a strong focus on cross-boundary techniques and reliability throughout the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-complexity electronics and a passion for innovation in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field; MS or PhD is a plus.
- 15+ years in product, manufacturing, or operations engineering for high-complexity electronics.
- 8+ years leading engineering teams and 5+ years leading leaders in a global organization.
- Comprehensive technical knowledge covering the chip-to-board stack.
- Solid expertise in high-speed signal integrity and manufacturing testing.
- Excellent executive communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and institutionalize the integration readiness process for datacenter board products.
- Guide functional teams in developing cross-boundary techniques before silicon and stackup freeze.
- Build, lead, and develop a global Board PDE organization across three technical pillars.
- Set up integration oversight throughout the chip-to-board stack.
- Collaborate with Operations Test Engineering and Signal Integrity to establish test coverage.
- Take charge of reliability and yield performance throughout the stack.
- Support manufacturing partners in producing world-class datacenter products.
