The Apps Support Sr Analyst is a seasoned professional responsible for providing technical and business support for users of Citi Applications. This role focuses on maintaining application systems, driving stability, and ensuring efficiency in operations. The analyst will evaluate complex issues, provide quick resolutions, and engage in coaching new recruits. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to influence decisions within the team and across the organization.

• 4+ years experience in an Application Support role.
• 3+ years ETL (Ab Initio) Development and/or support experience.
• 3+ years Oracle database support experience.
• 3+ years Unix support experience.
• 3+ years Data warehouse application DEV/support experience.
• Experience installing, configuring or supporting business applications.
• Effective written and verbal communications including ability to explain technical issues in simple terms.
• Demonstrated analytical skills.
• Knowledge/experience of problem Management Tools.

• Provide technical and business support for users of Citi Applications.
• Maintain application systems that are running in the daily operations of the firm.
• Manage, maintain, and support applications and their operating environments.
• Perform same day risk reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain technical support documentation.
• Assess risk and impact of production issues and escalate as necessary.
• Participate in application releases from development to deployment.
• Engage in post implementation analysis to ensure successful system design.
• Act as a liaison between users/traders and internal technology groups.
• Ensure timely and accurate handling of incident and request tickets.
