The Fixed Income Rates Production Support Group provides essential support to various trading desks focused on Rates at Citi. The role involves managing production for core Rates applications and addressing user issues while collaborating with Trading, Sales, Operations, and Risk teams. The successful candidate will drive engineering initiatives, enhance workflows, and automate processes to improve efficiency. This position offers exposure to the full spectrum of Rates Technology within a fast-paced environment.

• 4+ years of proven experience providing technical support directly to Front Office within a financial institution.
• Hands-on experience with Fixed Income Rates financial products.
• Demonstrated hands-on technical experience with Linux environment, including system administration and bash scripting.
• Knowledge of incident management procedures including identification, triage, escalation, communication, troubleshooting, resolution, and post-incident review.

• Provide direct front office support to trading desks.
• Manage production for core Rates applications and resolve user issues.
• Drive engineering initiatives to improve process workflows.
• Implement automation solutions to eliminate toil.
