Job description
NVIDIA is seeking a leader for its global platform engineering organization to set strategy and drive execution across a portfolio of digital marketing platforms. This role involves managing a team of engineers and technical program managers while ensuring high standards of security, compliance, and reliability. The focus will be on enhancing the digital marketing platform portfolio, including customer data platforms and marketing automation. The ideal candidate will foster a supportive environment that encourages innovation and high performance.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ overall years in software or platform engineering, including 5+ years leading managers and senior engineers.
- Experience developing technical leaders and guiding distributed teams through organizational and technology change.
- Deep expertise in microservices and distributed systems architecture.
- Strong command of modern data architecture, including cloud-native production environments and data quality governance.
- Experience building or operating customer data, marketing automation, or AI-enabled platforms at enterprise scale.
- A record of delivering complex programs across a matrixed organization.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical decisions in practical business terms.
Responsibilities
- Lead a global platform engineering organization by setting direction and coaching talent.
- Oversee the strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of the digital marketing platform portfolio.
- Lead personalization and decisioning capabilities across various marketing channels.
- Scale self-service data and analytics experiences for marketers.
- Build and modernize scalable data pipelines for unifying customer and audience data.
- Partner with Legal, Privacy, and Security to maintain data governance and compliance standards.
- Set standards for platform reliability, observability, incident response, and deployment.
