The Asset Servicing Intermediate Associate Analyst is a developing professional role within the Markets Operations group, focusing on processing Corporate Actions and Income events for Firm and Client positions. This role requires a solid understanding of industry standards and practices, along with analytical thinking and data analysis skills. The team supports various trading desks and provides essential services related to equity and fixed income products. Effective communication and relationship-building with internal and external parties are crucial for success in this position.

• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
• Possess a basic knowledge of Corporate Actions, and Equity and Fixed Income products, including the trade lifecycle.
• Advanced experience level with Excel, Outlook, and experience with web-based applications required.
• Proven record of accuracy and effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Must be able to work in a high-pressure environment, with conflicting demands and under tight deadlines.
• Strong risk management and control mindset.

• Process Voluntary & Choice Corporate Action events for US, Canadian, and Latin American securities.
• Perform key reconciliations and controls to support processing of the corporate action lifecycle.
• Ensure timely handling of notifications, elections, entitlement calculations, and follow through with applicable outturn bookings.
• Identify and manage any risk within the event/process and escalate issues to management.
• Research and resolve open balances connected to the process, coordinating with relevant desks and counterparties.
• Develop effective working relationships with both internal and external parties.
• Identify process improvements and propose solutions, performing UAT testing.
• Assist with training new staff across multiple internal/external systems, markets, and products.
